Pretty good. Clean. Good facilities. Close to beaches and Shoal Bay / Nelson Bay CBD and amenities. We spent most of the time out and about so didn't use the kitchen or laundry.

This place is falling apart. Washing machine was broken, curtains fell off, toilet leaking great location but a nightmare of accommodation. AC was blowing in our faces. Bugs on the bed. Will never stay here again. What a disappointment.

The Apartment was very clean, well equipped and very large for a holiday unit, the staff were fantastic, and the location superb. Best place to stay in the bay.

I stayed for 6 nights, it was great!!!! The apartment was large, very clean and even had a spa. Great pool onsite, the staff were really helpful and nice, especially Les.
