Next step, we check your references, confirm your employment, assess affordability of the rent for the property applied for and run a credit check. Once we have processed the application we then seek the owners approval. A decision is made and we let you know straight away, we won't keep you waiting.
Moving On

When you are coming to the end of your fixed term tenancy, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to renew your tenancy. We will talk with the property owner and you to find out which tenancy will suit best for your renewal, or organise the final Inspection if you are moving on. You are required to give us 14 days written notice.
