Prevention is the best treatment for life-long healthy teeth. Paul graduated from Melbourne University in 1988 and moved to Kerang in rural northwest Victoria to work in full-time private practice.
Our History

The Ringwood Surgery was established in 1983 when Dr Seng Yap Leong relocated his original practice from St Kilda to Ringwood. In 1996, Dr Paul Lee joined the practice as the Principal Dentist. Dr Leong continued practising and mentoring, but was able to spend more time pastoring the church in Rowville.

Payment is expected on the day, but we do offer HICAPS so if you have private health insurance that covers dental treatment, remember to bring your card and we can make the claim on the spot. Your dentist will discuss any medical/dental concerns with you, and check all your teeth, gums and mouth, and sometimes take x-rays.
