Bussells Bushland Cottages is situated amongst historic dairy-farming country, in the heart of the picturesque Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. The rustic charm of our 8 well appointed, self-contained cottages is complemented by the natural (20 hectare) bushland setting. It's accessed via a 600 metre tree-lined driveway, off Carters Road and is just 5kms from the centre of Margaret River township.

All 8 are of rammed-earth construction with private facilities, 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, dining facilities, fully-equipped kitchen and covered front verandah. All are self-contained with colour TV, DVD player, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware, electric kettle and toaster.

Bussells Bushland Cottages is located in the South West of Western Australia, near the town of Margaret River. Travelling south along Bussell Highway and just before entering Margaret River township, turn right into Carters Road and proceed for around 4kms, then (on the left hand side) enter the property's 600 metre (tree-lined) driveway.

Distance and travel time from Perth? It's roughly 290kms from Perth to Margaret River and it takes around 3 hours (non-stop). The speed limit varies (maximum 110kmh) and we urge drivers to watch out for signs and to take care, particularly at dusk (and south of Bunbury) when kangaroos can be out and about.
