What deposit is required for bookings?
Low season requires $200, shoulder season $300, and high season $500. Deposits are non-refundable within 21 days of arrival.
Are extra guests charged?
Yes, $25/night during low season and $50/night during high season for additional persons beyond standard occupancy.

Heated pool, spa, BBQ area, security parking, tour desk, and fully equipped apartments with kitchens and laundry.

Main Beach is 200 metres away. Narrowneck surf beach and Surfers Paradise are within 15 minutes' walk.
What cancellation policy applies?

Great apartment complex located near main beach Gold Coast. Enjoyed the stay here. Close to beach and nice restaurants. Has private parking, pool and a great BBQ area. Great location and very close to sea world and surfers paradise. Only downside was that there is no a/c to the main rooms.

We just had a lovely December holiday staying at Chidori Court. We have stayed there three times now and definitely will come back again. George and Stacey are very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The place is in walking distance from the beach, 20 minutes drive to the theme parks and has a great pool with a spa. Nice restaurants, bakery, convenient store, bar and Chemist within walking distance. All you need when you need a holiday!!!

A beautiful location, spacious room, great facilities and lovely customer service. So close to the beach and some wonderful cafes. The Chidori is also a 25 minute walk from Australia Fair shopping centre, if you're not feeling that energetic though, there is a G Link stop not far away at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again.

This place was very comfortable & clean for the price. We requested a ground floor unit for easy access & they were able to accommodate us with that request. The pool & garden area were very well kept & the shops were only a short walk down the road. I would stay there again.
