Services
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Our musculoskeletal physiotherapy addresses muscle and joint conditions through comprehensive assessment and evidence-based treatment. We treat sports injuries, arthritis, and postural issues using manual therapy, exercise prescription, and dry needling. Patients receive customised rehabilitation plans focusing on pain relief and functional improvement.
Sports Injury Treatment
Specialised sports injury management covers acute and chronic conditions including ligament sprains, muscle strains, and stress fractures. Our physiotherapists develop return-to-play protocols and preventive strategies. We provide on-field support for local teams like Zillmere Eagles AFC and tailored recovery programs.
Women's Health
Women's health physiotherapy addresses ante/post-natal care, pelvic floor dysfunction, and menopausal issues. Using diagnostic ultrasound and targeted exercises, we treat incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain. Services include post-natal rehabilitation and mastitis management with individualised care plans.
Clinical Exercise
Supervised clinical exercise programs combine Pilates, strength training, and functional movement. These classes improve core stability, flexibility, and injury prevention. We offer bone density-specific sessions and pre/post-natal programs in small groups with physiotherapist supervision for safe progression.
Post-Operative Rehab
Comprehensive post-operative rehabilitation follows surgical protocols for joint replacements, tendon repairs, and spinal procedures. Our phased approach manages pain while restoring mobility and strength. We provide prehabilitation programs to optimise surgical outcomes and accelerate recovery timelines.

Bridget is awesome! I have been struggling with a problematic rotator cuff for a long time. Bridget provided excellent therapy which gave a quick improvement and has armed me with the exercises I need for a long term fix. Now I need to stick to the exercises

I have been attending Pillates weekly at Aspley Physio and Sports Injury for over 9 years and enjoy the experience. It would be beneficial if we had a regular instructor taking the class.

I highly recommend this clinic. After a poor experience with my last physiotherapist, I came here after double knee reconstruction surgery and working with Bridget I find her extremely knowledgeable and she pushes me to Improve whilst being positive and caring to my situation.
