At the Lotus Massage Cronulla our aim is to offer you, our client, through Massage, a sanctuary in which to unwind from all the daily stresses of life and to leave feeling totally relaxed, rejuvenated and completely energised. Cronulla massages offer an experienced therapist in a variety of techniques with a choice of either 30 60 or 90 min sessions.

Our stretch and release classes are nourishing and grounding, with poses held between 3 to 8 minutes each with a focus on floor based postures. This allows a deep release of tension in the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to help improve flexibility and create a feeling of space and freedom in your body.

All of our prices are in AUD - please enquire for massage prices that are more than 2.5 hours as we can certainly accommodate for the length of time you require! Please note a cancellation fee applies if you do not show up or cancel at the last minute.
