Terrible customer service, very, very poor communication - they send a long winded text message full of Covid junk "wear a mask, etc.". I called them initially to book in my appointment, so I spoke to someone on the phone and confirmed the time. I should not need to double confirm after this, that's just stupid. I'm a busy person and don't pay attention to long winded messaged. They cancelled my appointment last minute. Would not recommend.

Very reasonable price for dental services in city near my house. I cleaned up my teeth for $99. The young female dentist is very careful with her job and pay close attention for details. Her service is better than my previous dentist who is too far to go. Thanks for her service

As the previous review mentioned, the phone numbers are all not reachable for whatever reasons. I didnt give up calling and finally someone picked up the phone. I understand all the business with short handed situation since myself is running one. Nothing is the reason/excuses of being rude on the phone. Not the low price point, not people want to reschedule or cancel their appointments. After the phone call, I will not go there myself or my friends.

INITIAL REVIEW (UPDATE BELOW): Friendly and helpful staff. Good service. Clean and modern clinic. Dentist is very honest and doesn't try to get you to have things you don't need. Fabulous value compared to so many dentists. Great experience!
UPDATE: I am updating this review and amending from 5 stars to 3 stars. The service I received for a check-up and clean was excellent, as I stated before. However, I am realising that this is probably not a dentist to make as your permanent one. I experienced a broken crown a few days ago (nothing to do with this dentist), so I went online to try to get an

So annoying that they notified the cancellation less than an hour before the appointment time. They should have checked my note a few days ago when they sent me a text to confirm my visit. On the booking page, they didn't mention clearly what Dr Sherrie does or what Vicky does. Dr Sherrie doesn't provide a checkup and clean service, so be mindful and double-check your booking. Otherwise, you will be like me getting ready to go outside, but they stop you on your door step. Additionally, who else doesn't want to get a precise checkup from DOCTOR?
