Waiting for a month on a quote. Keep calling the answering service and leaving messages. Obviously don’t need the business. Won’t be able to speak directly to someone ever. Good luck

Absolutely horrible service! Not responsive and don't even care for a new business. Is sales cycle is so bad then one can imagine how bad it will be for delivery and build!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mirco and his team many years ago when they constructed our pool. They provided a quality service above and beyond what we anticipated with completion in a timely and efficient manner. Recently the pool sustained damage due to a natural disaster and I contacted Mirco to assess the damage. Senator Pools came to my aid and provided incredible support during a traumatic period for our family. Senator Pools are a great Australian business and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional pool company. Great stuff guys and a huge thank
