We rented from Toormina Real Estate for twelve months. Our experience was a very positive one - if only all rental agencies were as helpful and well organised as this one. Chris and Kim went to every length to help us settle and were only ever a phone call away if we had questions or requests. I strongly recommend this agency, they were consistently courteous, uncomplicated and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys.

Stay away from these people, they don't care even the tenets of the tenants rights. I repeat do not trust these people, they made many false accusations against and my neighbors (who are the with the same real estate) because of some crazy landlord. Also, the house is old and run down I rented, and complain many times about the bathroom leaks, broken telecommunication and old crack window, however they use MY BOND to fix the issues of the house. In summary, expect to SCAMMED with this real estate agent. And STAY AWAY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT!

We sold with this agent many years ago and nothing has changed now we are renting from them. We will definitely be buying our new home with them as they are the complete agent. They have been amazing. They cannot do enough for us. We recommend them to everyone and give them the highest rating we can.
