10 years of renting through this wonderful group, i cant praise vanessa and Coleen (and all the staff here) enough for being so caring for me as a tenant, no other real estate i have rented through has been so responsive and considerate! i will never use another realestate group for anything, these guys and girls are the best in my experience. 10/10

Max was recommended to us by a friend, so we decided to give him a call to sell our house for us. On meeting Max after just 5 minutes talking to him we knew we didnt have to look any further. Great experience helping me sell my home. Great communication through the whole process, no exaggeration, no sales talk, very realistic, just direct and to the point. I respect any business that respects my time and just tells me the truth and what I need to know. They recommended an excellent staging company and photographer. They handled some minor potential problems quickly and gracefully, and got me a great price for the sale as well. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Max did an appraisal for our home last year but we actually chose to go with a different agent at the time! Our house didnt sell and we went through some family hardship and were forced to pull our house off the market to focus on our family. Six months later we decided to try and sell our house again and this time we asked Max to be our agent! Why did we do this? Well he was the only person to keep in touch with us over the 6 months. This was via phone calls and messages. Not once did I get the salesey vibe. I always felt like Max was being honest with us and not telling us what we wanted
