Not 100% sure what that negative review is about. They send you payment information with the forms that you need to sign to get a tax return. Sounds like she's blaming someone for her own stuff up. Seems unlikely that they'd laugh at her either. Either way, great service. The lady who did my tax (M) is very knowledgeable and really kind. Gave me a great result for my Capital Gains tax issues at a reasonable price. They're the best in the region.

We missed the information that payment was needed before lodging. Every other accountant we have ever used takes the fee out of the return. That was almost 3 MONTHS AGO. We were wondering where our money was, naturally. Where is the quality control in this office that follows up with clients??? Even more disappointing was the response I got when I dare ask that question. I got laughed at by the woman who I was talking to.
