Really sweet little place just outside the main part of Launceston. Place was warm, comfortable, clean and inviting, and Sonny was super accommodating when we arrived early. Just a really nice place to stay!

This motel was the most miserably poor motel that I had the misfortune to stay in whilst on a motorcycling tour of Tasmania.
Had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist to arrive from off-site to check in. I was then shown to a pokey room that was NOT air conditioned. One window did not open. The other window let in a lot of traffic noise. It was one of the hottest days ever recorded in Launceston. Tea and coffee was supplied but not in hygienic sachets, it was in reused small jam jars that made two serves. Upon leaving I had to open the remote controlled security door to move my vehicle to
