I am a psychotherapist, clinical counsellor, and couples coach. Alongside my clinical practice, I am an Associate Lecturer at Western Sydney University within the Therapy Studies unit in the School of Social Sciences. My primary focus is on supporting individuals to feel less stuck or overwhelmed. Additionally, I also provide supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists.
