I was stunned at the quick response to sort out my double garage motor which was malfunctioning,working whenever it felt like

Upon his advice I went for a new motor and fitment was completed in 90 minutes and tested

Faultless service provided to my clunky, temperamental 25+ year old garage door. Fitted a new motor and did a thorough service and a few extra adjustments. They were friendly, polite and took my personal circumstances and budget into account when advising me on best option to meet my needs. Great service from Slide & Glide - Garage Door Repairs Perth & Gate Services Perth. Our garage door stopped working and Marcos came the same day, working over 3 hours in the cold and dark to fix it properly. He replaced the broken spring, spotted rusted cables and made sure everything was safe.

I contacted Wednesday evening advising the remote control on the garage door was not working-the door would not close, and was advised, a technician would be at my home between 11am-1pm on Thursday . On Thursday, Marcus phoned to advise he was 30minutes away and would arrive at 12 midday. He enquired if this was all right. It was definitely okay. Marcus identified the garage roller door motor was no longer working and would need replacing, plus some rusty parts were replaced. Marcus worked diligently. The new motor has a 5 year warranty. Marcus recommended I have the roller door serviced once a year. I am grateful for the quick service, and Marcus’s “can do attitude”,and peace of mind that the roller door now closes.

My garage door gave up on me on Sunday. I called Slide and Glide first thing Monday and a team was around that day. They checked out the problem and offered options to get the motor replaced. Did an amazing job! Initially had a single issue but after an informative discussion with visual explanations about other issues with our roller door, the guys did a great job at resolving our original issue but also fixing up the rest of our roller door! Offered very competitive rates! Would recommend to those who are unsure who to go see for their rollerdoor!
