He understood the requirements for increased security for my business and implemented additional security measures and back up options. I'm totally disinterested in IT but James explained the important things, in a way that I understand. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I was having a lot of trouble with all my computer internet connections after the installation of a new modem as part of the upgrade on NBN. This included security cameras, printers and a digital switchboard. James arrived within 45 minutes of me calling him. . He was extremely knowledgeable, worked swiftly, unobtrusively and also educated me on the issues that were affecting the equipment. I was very impressed with his service and I would recommend him.
