I love this gym! Ive stepped foot in so many different gyms over the years and Habitat Gym is like no other. Since day one, the environment has been so friendly, supportive and positive.
Jeannie and Ben are such amazing and humble owners who I have loved getting to know and be coached by over 6+ months now. Their team of human coaches (Piotr, Isabelle, Andres & Jayden) are incredible. They are all amazing and so knowledgeable through their own individual experiences. Their fur coach, George is also pretty cute and awesome If youre a dog lover, this gym is for you!

I've been a habitat homie for about 8 months now , and it has truly transformed outlook on training , i previously tried other gyms and did not remain consistent . The atmosphere of the gym provides a relaxed judgement free space to better yourself .
What I love most is the attention to detail,

I've put this review off for awhile but it's mainly because there's alot to say about not just how good this place is but my weight loss journey as a whole and just how much coming here has really helped me achieve what I never could before.
TLDR: This place is genuinely great with good coaches and realistic goals that get you into a regular rhythym and establish a really healthy routine that works for you.
For some context I was a 27M 95kg 170cm when I first started here and prior to this I've been on and off gyming for 6 years where I never really lost any weight despite going 5 times a week and 2-3 hours each session. Probably important to note that I wasn't really eating right this whole time either for a wide range of reasons/excuses.
Losing weight for me has always been a monumental task and with each passing day that I worked out I was becoming more and more exhausted where even just walking to the gym (I live 2 mins walk away) was a chore that I really didn't want to do. I was pushing hard at the gym but I was tired every day. This ultimately led to me just not going but keeping the membership "just in case".
I first came to Habitat only because they had a free workshop but it really changed things for me. The workshop was purely for form on the major workouts liek squat and deadlift but I genuinely learnt so much from that one session. I feel like there's so much Youtube you could watch (which I did) but actually having someone correct my form in the moment to get just that little bit extra out of my workout felt so good. After having a chat with the coaches there I signed up for 6 months just to see how things go and it was a new avenue to lose weight.
In the past 6 months I have gotten more coming here than I ever did in the last 6 years of working out both by myself and with friends. I've learned so much from correcting my form for familiar workouts to new excersises that activated new muscles I've never felt before. My back pain has really improved too.
But if I've learnt one thing from this place it's that working out is not that hard if you treat it as just part of your routine. I only go 3 days a week and 1hr each session going at maximum 70% effort and that's all you really need. Like their name suggests, it's just about building strong habits.
In 6 months, I've lost at most 3 kgs but my hips have gone down (from 112cm to 104cm), I'm becoming more tone in the right places and if anything I actually feel like I have more energy (whether that's placebo or not who knows but atleast I feel it!).
This really is all thanks to the coaches here. They're not just there to push you (although they do) but they analyse what you really need in order to hit the goals you want. They have meetings about you and how to tailor the program to suit what you need. Coming from a healthcare background myself, these sort of meetings really help deliver a comprehensive and holistic plan that takes into account your life. They honestly really care about the work they do and you as a person.
The coaches know when to turn on the jets and when to let you have a breather. They know how to optimise your workout in the moment and where to adjust the program to get the most of you. Whether it's been a crap week or you have a new injury, they'll accomodate and adjust as necessary. They really are good people.
Anyways to bring it back around, slowly but surely is the name of the game. I really like having someone keeping me accountable for myself and giving me a kick up the bum when I need it. I actually look forward to working out now if anything but to work off the recent holiday weight. I'm not here to get jacked or feel strong. I just want to be healthy.
Is it expensive? Yes. I'm not gonna sugar coat that part. But is it worth the money? 100%. This place is a good workout with good vibes and good people. For me, that's all I really needed.

On top of being knowledgeable and passionate, the coaches are also very personable which made me feel supported and welcomed. The exercise programs are also tailored to each of our personal goals and ensures we are progressing towards them.
Compared to a commercial gym, coming here honestly feels like a weight is lifted off my shoulders () I don't have to think about what exercises I should do, when I should increase or decrease the weight, whether I am doing the exercise correctly, and I very rarely have to wait for gym equipment! I am in and out in under 60 minutes and I know it is an effective workout that progresses me towards my goals.
I am also very impressed with how well-kept the equipment is and I love the aesthetic of the gym! Its also a bonus when coach George blesses us with his presence

I got recommended Habitat Gym by a friend and it's been one of the the best decisions I've made so far! Ben, Jeannie and the entire team are super supportive and knowledgeable and it's made going to the gym alot less intimidating. Aside from the new and shiny equipment, the coaches here are top tier! They are so welcoming and really take the time to check in with you and make sure that youre not only pushing yourself, but that youre doing it properly as well. They are so knowledgeable and genuinely want to see you succeed.
I was also really impressed with the flexibility of the booking system and how easy it was to reschedule a workout when I was sick and couldnt make it.
If youre a burnt out commercial gym goer like I was, and looking for a team to help you stay consistent and motivated then I highly recommend you try Habitat Gym!

Ive been training with Jeannie since early 2022 when she was located in her home garage and I have never looked back. For me the coaches at Habitat Gym are more than just your average trainers. Jeannie and Ben have managed to create a space and community where I am excited to come, train and push my self every week and build strong and healthy habits at my own pace.
I have a busy schedule that always changes, Habitat have always been so accomodating of my needs and are flexible whenever they can, especially when I need to change my plans last minute.

Ive been training with Jeannie since Dec of 2022 and I can truthfully say - thanks to her I feel stronger, healthier and more confident in my body. In the short time Ive trained at Habitat Gym, Ive seen more improvements in my body and fitness than I have had with other PT experiences. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They dont mind taking more time to ensure you have the right technique and genuinely want to see you succeed.

I have recently started training with Jeannie and cannot recommend her enough! She is so warm, friendly, encouraging and most importantly really cares about your goals, fitness and progression. The gym studio looks amazing, the equipment is brand new and you have your own little cheerleader in Coach George. This is the best decision I have made to start personal training with her and if you are hesitating, please dont, you wont regret it!

The staff at Habitat Gym are all really amazing and exceptional trainers, You definitely will not be stuck to one programme your entire there they switch things up according to your goals and progress. Ben will push and cheer you without you even realising because he will keep those dad jokes coming, Jeanie is the hype girl everyone needs especially in the last set when you just want just give up, Piotr will have you thinking it was your idea to add more weights when it really his starting to sound like mind games doesnt it? Well wait till you see George cheer you on, capture you with his cuteness while plotting ways to get your laces off your trainers. An amazing place with amazing people

I started training here in July and am so happy I did! Jeannie and Ben are really lovely and easy-going and have created a very well thought-out setup at Habitat Gym with individualised programs (which get updated every 4-6 weeks) and semi-private personal training in a very new & clean space. I really enjoy going twice a week and having set sessions (though flexible) is great to make sure you actually attend. Not like any other gym experience!

I have just recently joined the habitat team and can I just say it has been one of the best decisions Ive made so far.
Within the last three months I have learned correct techniques, new skills and gained strength I didnt know existed.
10+ years ago I joined a commercial gym however being part of the habitat team I dont think I can ever go back.
Jeannie, Ben and (especially) George are the most welcoming, fun and motivating coaches I have ever met and Im so grateful to have come across their website and took a chance in change.

Within the last three months I have learned correct techniques, new skills and gained strength I didnt know existed.
10+ years ago I joined a commercial gym however being part of the habitat team I dont think I can ever go back.
Jeannie, Ben and (especially) George are the most welcoming, fun and motivating coaches I have ever met and Im so grateful to have come across their website and took a chance in change.

I wanted to get stronger and back in shape after having my little one, and Jeannie designed the best personalized program for me that allows me to push myself and get gradually stronger and fitter with every PT session. Every week, I find myself getting more confident thanks to Jeannie's guidance and encouragement, and I'm now able to master all the movements and exercises. Jeannie is such an amazing PT! She has really changed my life for the better.
For someone who use to dislike the idea of exercising due to the fact that I was uncertain of where to begin and also because I lacked the confidence to take myself to the gym. After training with Jeannie for almost 7 months now, I have found myself starting to feel more confident and also excited to work out more regularly.

I never had any professional advice before joining Jeannie's V fitness. She is really great, professional, a person with great etiquettes and engaged with her clients every single moment when we are there. Me and my husband both go there. Training with Jeannie has helped me to feel and become stronger! She's motivated me to stay fit and healthy even throughout lockdown periods. Jeannie has been my PT for the last 4 months, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with her. She has made me fall in love with strength training! Jeannie is a very knowledgeable PT who explains (and demonstrates) exercises very well. My favourite thing is that she explains clearly the reasons for each movement/action, that makes it easy for me to retain exercises. She is very observant about my progress, and knows exactly when to push me harder. With Jeannie around I don't worry about increasing the weight on my squats and deadlifts. Her gym is well-equipped and she keeps it very clean. Plus, she always has a fun playlist on which adds on to the whole experience. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

I've had an incredible online coaching experience working with Jeannie. It started out 'casually' at first, where I just wanted to talk to someone I trusted about food habits, how I felt about my body and why I wasn't seeing the results I wanted to, even though I was working out consistently! But once Jeannie drew up a nutrition guide and set me up with a 6-week gym program, she hasn't left my 'side'! With both of these, she listened to my goals but also my lifestyle, what food and workouts I enjoyed, my habits and what kind of program would work with my schedule.
