We have had the pleasure of using Gravity IT for our IT management for a few years. Gravity IT Solutions are a down to earth, local company with the knowledge, experience and equipment of a global corporation. Glenn and the team are quick to help if we ever have any issues, but as we are on a management plan there are very little issues. As a dental practice our IT needs to be working at 110% with the knowledge and reassurance our back up and Client information is safe and running without glitches and as we grow they have continued to develop our IT to accommodate this growth. Best IT and email hosting service I've had since starting out in my own business. James organised and set up everything on my laptop - domain transfer, email set up, authenticator, synced it with my xero account, the lot. Then he talked me through setting it all up on my new phone, and didn't have to, but helped me sort out importing contacts off my sim card into my phone. How good!!!
