I can only share my highest score for all the services, end to end, I received from the company and Nick. The whole process took just a few days to get my apartment electric board back on track. I had 50 years old panel, switches and fuses. These started to gave me surprises with constant power outages. Nick and his colleague helped to bring it up to the proper shape and installed the proper MPD and Switchboard, on time and with high quality. Without doubt I will highly recommend them! Thanks guys

We tried Plateau Electrical after having had a few disappointing experiences with some other electricians in the past, and can genuinely say we didn't regret it. Being a house with older wiring, some upgrades were needed and a mysterious fault resolved. Nick and his team were great to deal with and didn't take long at all to have the job quoted-on and completed.

Simply - courteous, professional, efficient, punctual, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Nic had someone promptly at my door in Mosman within 24 hours of me calling. (I'm still waiting on the other company I called for a quote.) I needed to run a Cat6 cable from the modem, through the ceiling and to the office at the opposite end of the flat as it's been running along the floor since lockdown 2.0 and I needed something more permanent. Reasonable price too. I'm super happy and will use them again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Nick arrived 30mins ahead of schedule and was friendly from the get go (no grumpy tradie who's doing you a favour by turning up). Very knowledgeable and helpful. Prioactively spotted a couple of areas for future maintenance. Spent a bit of extra time trying to trace a fault. Core jobs were done quickly and effectively. Cost was reasonsable and service exceptional. Highly recommend. Will be getting them back for future work.

Came out to have a look at our situation, quoted quickly, booked the job and despite the pouring rain came out with a crane to replace private power pole and re-scheduled another day to do the panel. I did not even know that they were there. No damage to the garden, no rubbish left behind. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

Our apartment was not NBN ready and had to have a new antenna port and we didn't want to have unsightly cables running through the apartment. Nicholas did an inspection and gave us options to consider. We also took the opportunity to get him to replace the old sockets and switches. Nicholas did a great job and tested all areas. He even sent us an update of the job that he has completed and areas of concern, which we thought was very professional. We definitely feel safer now in our home.
