I have to say, every time I go there I'm mentally prepared to be judged, and abused by the owner who refuse to talk to me but chin pointed the Chinese staff to talk to me as assuming I'm Chinese and I don't speak English properly. Or she would talk to me about in a not only patronizing but extremely rude way. It's upsetting and not worth the fuss any more. I'm sure your business is doing so well, and treat dogs wonderfully. But that's not how you treat a human being!

I have used the business before, and been happy with the clip my dog received, but for the second time, I have been treated very poorly by the owner, and by her staff. She is very abrupt, not at all customer focused, judgemental and rude. Use this business with caution. If you are having a bad day, the school maam will bite your head off. In response to the reply to the review, I must point out that the signage regarding COVID policy is anything but clear. The owner thinks it is, and her view is paramount, and she will not brook any contrary view. The signage does not follow the official standards

I have been bringing my VERY fluffy border collie to Amanda and Marlene for a couple of years now. I have always been floored at how spectacular she looks, her coat soft as silk, when she comes out of the salon. I have been through a few groomers in Adelaide, but no one else was able to do this with her coat. Lately my husband has been taking her to work with him and he mentioned that he can't walk 50 paces without someone commenting on how beautiful she is and how she is the softest dog they have ever met.
