I approached Thats Right Bookkeeping for their debt collection service to recover some long overdue customer invoices which together added up to a substancial amount of money. I had found previously that chasing debts was always an awkward conversation with customers, especially when you want to maintain a good relationship with them. It was easier to just ignore the issue and hope that they would pay sooner or later, but unfortunately it just didn't happen.
