Authentic Tennis
We at Authentic Tennis believe that each player is different and each player learns in a different way. Not only that but each player has their own unique style. We believe it is up to the coach to come up with a program that will be personalised to each individual player. Results, we love to see players improving, that is why every term we keep track of each players performance.

We also believe in a balanced program. Children should not be burning out by 16-18 years old. That is why we believe in having a well balanced program of hard training, strength and conditioning and flexibility/rehabilitation. Authentic Tennis is different to your normal tennis academy because we have a passion for promoting tennis and producing high performance tennis players.

We understand that each player learns differently, which means each player must be taught different to the next. That is why we design specific programs for each individual player. We also believe in balance, balance between training/playing mixed with normal life and any other sports the children are playing.
Junior Tennis Lessons

If you are interested in putting your child into tennis lessons for the first time you have come to the right spot. Our red ball tennis classes are for kids aged between 5-8 years old with little to no experience. We understand that hand eye co-ordination is still developing at this age, which is why we use the red tennis balls that are at a low compression, so the balls do not bounce very high and are much easier to see and hit.
Tour Squads

Tour Squad, for players that are serious about their tennis and are wanting to take their game on tour. At this stage players are learning to use their body to improve power and movement, also learning to deal in tight mental pressures of the game. During these sessions players are put under the mental stresses of the game to help develop their tactical mindset during match play.
Fitness Squads
Report
Fitness squads are about building more tennis specific strength, flexibility, agility, mobility & endurance. The Fitness squads are based on injury prevention, as tennis is a very high impact sport. Here at Authentic Tennis we want to keep all our athletes strong, fit & healthy. We have 3 fitness squads running per week.
Private Tennis Coaching
Report
Private tennis lessons are without a doubt the best option for players looking to improve on technique. Our professional tennis coach will speak to you to find out your goals / dreams and design a specific tennis program just for you. Private lessons go for either: 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
