After meeting with a number of jewellers across Melbourne to create a custom engagement ring, we were feeling overwhelmed and dismayed by pushy customer service, creative arrogance and in general just bad vibes from other providers. When I met Mike at their Block Arcade suite, I was instantly at ease. Mike is so knowledgeable, positive and so happy to bring a custom design to life.

I spent over a month trying to find the perfect ring, I literally looked at every online retailer for hours, and I couldnt have been happier with my choice with Parkers. I also opted for the lab grown diamond and its a choice Im extremely happy I took. My fianc and her entire family and friends are all blown away by the ring. I got the cushion grace design and the end result is much better than anything I ever hoped for.
