Robby Spencer has been building retaining walls in Adelaide and country SA for over 30 years. His company, All District Cement Co., is fully licensed as a builder (BLD1722840). Robby prides himself on the workmanship of his company, and will never compromise his standards for the sake of saving a dollar or two (eg. he will only use first class Australian steel even though the cost is more than the cheaper and questionable imported steel that is available in Adelaide and is used by some retaining wall builders).
