I would highly recommend John and Nathan at Inspecta Holmes, they were very friendly and helpful. If you were unsure of anything or had any questions you could get in contact very easily, and they were more then happy to explain. Nathan picks up everything possible in the pest and building report, and gives you a call straight after the inspection to give you a verbal report aswell as a PDF report after they have ran through it with a fine tooth comb. I was recommended Inspecta Holmes and I will recommend them the anyone I know in the future. Thanks again John & Nathan

Im grateful I chose these guys to inspect my home. It was my first purchase and they were really helpful. Theyre on the purchases side. After receiving the report back Nathan spoke to me for an hour about the things that were on it. I have no hesitation recommending them.
