First National Childers have managed our rental home for the past 13 years. We have been extremely happy with all aspects of their management. Over the years we have had wonderful tenants chosen for us. The staff made regular inspections with photographic evidence of all areas of the house. We were notified of any repairs that were needed and staff were able to contact us by email or phone and were able to arrange tradespersons to do the job, asking first if we were happy or did we have a preference of who to call.
