Once he took the deposit we dident hear from him it took 6 weeks before he would answer my calls . Now i have paid the full 40k he won't respond to any massages to do a handove so i have an unregistered and uncredited pool. During construction he would turn up any day at any time. Shannon will only answer his phone when he wants money from you.
