Pughouse Studios, a world class recording, mixing and mastering studio, was designed by renowned acoustic designer Dave Flett. It is equipped with state-of-the-art microphones, preamps, equalisers and compressors (details on Gear Page), as well as a wonderful Pfeiffer Grand Piano, which was built in Germany in the 1930's and has been passed down through generations of the Schauble family.

Our wonderful Pfeiffer Grand Piano was built in Germany in the mid-1930's and has been passed down through generations of the Schauble family. Niko's grandfather, Theodor Schuble, was a teacher and composer and acquired the piano in approximately 1935. This model was know as the 'Schneck Flgel', after its designer the architect Adolf G. Schneck.

Get drum tracks from a professional drummer with 40 years of experience in many genres and styles. Alternatively, you can hire one of our rooms plus one of our fantastic microphones, bring in your laptop and press record. On recording days of 5 or more hours, we allow for a 30 minute set up & 30 minute bump out.
