On the afternoon of 13th April 2021 when I was driving halfway through , my eyes suddenly became sore and tears. I endured the pain and came to Crystal Eyecare Optometrists. At this time , the store was closed for only ten minutes. I hurriedly told the receptionist about the situation, She was very warmly and told Charles about my situation. Charles immediately helped me carefully check the cause of the pain and gave me eye drops. In case of accident, Charles wrote a referral letter for me that go to Eye hospital for further check by an eye specialist. Charles is very warm , friendly and responsible
