Through a minimal intervention approach to our winemaking we create wines that best express their site and the growing season. Avani Syrah is made exclusively from grapes grown on our estate vineyard in Red Hill following organic and biodynamic principles.
Our Amrit range features Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris from grapes sourced from other vineyards in the region which are farmed sustainably. In addition to the classics we also make small batches of skin-contact and pet-nat style wines. We will take you on a delicious journey to explore regional cuisine paired with a featured wine each week.

Minimal intervention winemaking is about reducing extractions and additions throughout the winemaking process.
