Objectives, Vision, Statement of Purpose and Guiding Principles
Report
The Network works on a rights-based philosophy emphasising the right of mental health consumers to receive adequate services on an equitable footing with other health consumers, as well as acknowledging the violation of human rights involved in the provision of many mental health services, especially concerning involuntary treatment.
Our Programs
Report
The Network is proud to facilitate a number of free training workshops for consumers to attend. All our workshops have been designed with consumers, for consumers. Our core training program is the Self-Advocacy and Consumer Representation Training (SCR) course. SCR is about the individual exercising their personal skills so that the consumer voice is heard, listened to, and acted upon.
