NDIS Support Coordination
Our NDIS Support Coordination helps participants implement their NDIS plans while maintaining choice and control. Experienced coordinators work with individuals to connect with appropriate services, manage service agreements, and build capacity for independent decision-making. This service supports participants across regional Queensland through regular reviews and goal tracking.
Mental Health Hubs
Mental Health Hubs provide safe spaces for social connection, skill development, and peer support. Participants engage in structured activities like cooking classes, computer training, and mindfulness sessions. These hubs foster community inclusion and recovery through professionally supported group programs tailored to individual mental health goals.
Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living services assist individuals with daily living tasks while promoting autonomy. Support workers help with household management, personal care, and community access. Services are delivered in shared or private residences across regional Queensland, focusing on building independent living skills and community integration.
BikeSheds Programs
BikeSheds Programs combine mechanical skill development with social connection. Participants learn bike maintenance, safety, and repair techniques while building confidence and employability skills. Recovery Coaching

My last review of this place was pretty bad and I stand by it but yesterday Select ability went well out of their way to help me and we got alot done...They again managed to let me down this morning but I reakon they are doing their best with the resources available to them

Please dont let these people into your familys lives. Despite the calls and emails that I have sent asking for support that is at a regular time, and pleading for consistency in workers so we arent dealing with complete strangers every week and someone can start to help us, I have only experienced that selectability workers do not care, and that team leaders will not help. They charge at the highest possible rate ($56.81 per hour - this was $48.14 just in June 19) and do not even bother to call you when they dont have a worker coming when you expect them. Shift changes without notification, cancelled shifts without notification, shifts cut in half without notification, I tried to leave a complaint which resulted in a promise of a call back from management by the end of the week, it's been 3 weeks since that date
