Conscripted from rural Tasmania, Bayden is the fourth best item to be exported from the iconic state, following in no specific order, pinot noir, Sullivans cove whiskey and Simon Baker. Built on the old fashioned principles of hard yakka and earning your dinner (we're not actually sure if he grew up on a farm) Bayden brings a wealth of experience as a Physio in strength and conditioning and high level rehab to the team at Evolutio.

Whether you're a post surgical, pre surgical, or just recovering from an injury, here are the steps to becoming involved in our small strength and rehabilitation groups. Our small group rehabilitation classes are maxed to four at a time, and involve everyone completing a personalised program under the watchful eye of our practitioners.
