Priya completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Chennai, India. Priya moved to Australia in 2009 and pursued her advanced training in O&G across various health services in Victoria, primarily at Eastern Health.

She has extensive experience looking after pregnant women with various medical and obstetric high-risk conditions. Priya also runs a high-risk pregnancy clinic at Northern Hospital. Your initial consultation will be booked between 8 and 10 weeks. For uncomplicated pregnancies, your appointments will be every 4 weeks until 28 weeks and then fortnightly until 36 weeks of pregnancy.
