Ive had 3 great customer service experiences in the past year, the staff have been extremely helpful especially the lovely Lady, we purchased 6 ceiling fans left them in store for well over a year (paid for) while our home was being built, It wasnt a problem, they were very nice, thanked them generously, I was helped to my vehicle by the staff to load up, I will be back for more fittings and professional advice. After purchasing two "specials" ceiling lights, one floorstock item was simply thrown into an oversize box loosely on a layer of bubble wrap. The other light was in it's original packaging. Once home I discovered the loosely packed glass light fitting had cracked, likely from banging against its metal mounting bracket. I called the store to report it and told to come back in. Next day went there and was given my marching orders as he wasn't interested in the damage ... basically it was entirely my problem after leaving the store, regardless of how it poorly it was packef into the box.

Extremely rude man working here. Poorly presented and treats the other staff very badly. Overall a bad experience was had and I won't be shopping here again! I feel so sorry for the lovely lady who works there, she's so helpful and he was so disrespectful to her.

It had a very friendly experience when purchasing a globe for an older lamp. It had to be taken apart , the friendly staff went beyond my expectations, checking the fuse and base.
