ABC is based on certain observations about how bodies work and function. To give you a clear understanding of our unique approach it is important for us to explain 4 principles about your body. Your body has an ability to heal. This is self evident if you have ever cut yourself or broken a bone. ABC acknowledges this innate ability of the body and works with it rather than against it.

These photos (left) were taken before and after an Advanced BioStructural Correction (ABC) adjustment. The participants were volunteers who had not been adjusted with ABC before. The only other section criteria was their availability. The instructions for each photo were the same: "breathe in, breathe out, relax and let your body slump".
