Ordered in March 2020, and to date 14 May 2020 I have not received goods. I have started emailing and calling to followup on 19 April and no response, said on call they'll call me back and never a call back. This is the first time I have come across such poor service for an Australian online company. I am on my 6th email follow up and now demanding that I get a refund as I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and no confirmation where my order is at, not even dispatched.. nothing. Wish me luck with getting my refund because does not look like they'll return my money, day2 email to refund
