So happy with the whole process & the outcome was amazing! Starting from your salesman who was very efficient & not pushy at all right through to our installer, Ron. Ron turned up on time, made sure we were happy with the placement and quickly completed the installation within about 45 minutes even though it was just starting to rain! It is so rare to find a business that delivers an outstanding customer focused product & delivers on their promises. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this company.

I'd love to review the service, unfortunately their CUSTOMER service is so poor, I couldn't even get them in for a quote. First nobody picks up the phone, then someone calls back to tell me that someone else will have to call me back with a time for the quote, then I finally get to speak to someone with a diary, and I'm told there's nobody available for a quote for another two weeks. When I asked to lock in the date and time, so I can work my work schedule around their availability, I was told they can't commit to an appointment at this stage, and when I asked why ever not, I'm told "in case someone

Both my wife and I expected some change with the heat in our house. Well, it is bloody unbelievable the difference in our home. I came home and my wife said it’s so much cooler inside the house, it’s great. Yes, and she was correct, thank you so much, our house has been the hottest house we’ve lived in out of all our homes and now we can sleep comfortably again without the bloody aircon on.

I would highly recommend this company. We sent off a request for info over the Christmas break and received contact back while they were supposed to be closed. The lady looked at Google Earth maps to see the size of our house and worked out how many vents we would need. Quote was received promptly. Technician was on time (actually a bit early!),… friendly and knowledgeable. We are about to get a 3rd vent that the technician recommended which will make even more of a difference to the heat in our home. Lovely to have a great local company like this to use and recommend. On the first day Brisbane Skylights said "Let there be light " and there was light heaps of it. Just had a solartube installed in the kitchen cannot believe how much light these things produce even on a overcast day like today. Fantastic company to deal with had no problems what so ever from first enquiries to installation. Very happy with all contact with all the girls in the office always polite and cheerful also with the advice from Aiden when he come to give me a quote. Last but not least Mark who done the installation definitely knows his job and knows all about the product he is installing

From quote to completion Brisbane Skylights and Ventilation Systems were excellent. The on site installation was no fuss and no mess and they even saved me money by making an adjustment to the parts needed once the job was underway. We now have natural light flooding in to our master ensuite bathroom where there was previously none. Highly recommended.

These guys are truly fantastic. Great communication and advice and pricing right on the mark. We had three installed (toilet, hallway & stairwell). We were blown away by the difference these have made to our home. We have now decided to have one more added to our kitchen/dining area so we don't have to run our lights all day. This is the third skylight we have had installed and again, as with the previous work, communication was excellent and staff arrived as scheduled. Workmanship was excellent and mess thoroughly cleaned up. Our skylight has made such a different to the hallway, we are thrilled. Would thoroughly recommend this company - quality products and quality workmanship.
