Dynamic Rhythms Music Centre (DRMC) is a purpose built facility located in George Hunter Drive, Narellan. DRMC has been in operation for 11 years and is a family owned and run business (formerly known as Forte School of Music Macarthur). All of our teachers are ultimate professionals and have studied music for many years.

Most of our teachers have completed advanced AMEB exams and /or tertiary levels of education such as a Bachelor in Music or Creative Arts. Private lessons are tailored to meet the needs and the age of the children and class lessons follow a structured curriculum designed to be appropriate for each age group.

Kinderbeat

The Kinder Beat program is suitable for students aged from 3 to 5 years. This is an award winning Australian program that utilises groundbreaking early childhood education principles and introduces young children to music in a way that stimulates all their senses. It features many activities that children of the 21st century need for brain development and acceleration.

Private Lessons

With the physical changes that come as children grow, children from 7 or 8 years of age are able to cope with the fine motor (small muscle) demands of playing other instruments. Popular choices at this stage include guitar, singing, flute, violin, trumpet, clarinet and saxophone. Our school offers these as private lessons with teachers skilled in the relevant instruments.

For all keyboard courses you will need at least a 61note keyboard with full size keys, or a piano. These can be purchased cheaply in BigW or Target or a music supplier will have more up market models. For all other instruments, the student must own an instrument that they need to bring to lessons each week and for practice purposes at home.
