Connect Multimedia originally set up my media room back in 2012 and, when it came time to upgrade to a 4k setup I had absolutely no hesitation in calling upon them again for the job. Despite stock issues (thanks pandemic) Glenn went out of his way to call in a favour with his suppliers to secure a new 4k projector and installed it for me in a very timely manner. Installation was hassle free and professionally done. Thank you so much. Highly recommended business and will definitely use again down the track if I need any additional upgrades or servicing.

We have a valuable house and we want to keep it that way. We plan regular renovations that amount to upgrades. We installed C-Bus in 2003 and we decided (in late June 2021) to upgrade to the latest technology. Glenn from Connect Multimedia was responsive and very effective in his explanation of the proposed upgrade. He worked closely with our electrician to complete the project in a very short time.
There was no inconvenience. He then returned to tweak the system to ensure the flexibility that this state of the art technology provides. We will seek to further extend our system over time. We. Installed

We love our Smart Home system that Connect Multimedia put together for us. Glenn's technical expertise and ability to work what we did and didn't need was invaluable during the planning stage of renovating our home. We are so glad we got them involved from the start. The documentation and planning from Glenn and his team meant that the builder, electrician, designer and other trades were all working from the same page.
