Outstanding service. The team are responsive, polite and on time, I am super happy with the hot water unit installed last year.. They dont try to sell you something you dont need. I referred the owner of my parents rental to Southside when the hot water system seemed to have given up the ghost they were there the next morning and repaired the unit which had been flooded by rain. They could have easily said that it needed replacing but did the right thing. Can not recommend highly enough.

Great service. Woke up in the morning and had not hot water. Hot water service had given up after 20 years.
Robyn and Pete were great. Called at 10am and fully installed by 3pm. Price was good and the service throughout was excellent. I was lucky as they are only around the corner. Will definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend Southside Heating & Cooling enough. The customer service I received from Lorraine & Sarah has been nothing short of exceptional! The guys that did the install were fantastic aswell. On time, professional & clean.One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had & would highly recommend their services. I had previously used Southside Plumbing back in 2008 to install a split system
12 years later I wanted to replace the original air con for a better brand. As they did an outstanding job the first time around, I called them again. They gave me a great deal. Very happy with the installation.
