The Sausage King awards have been good promotion for our business winning many regional awards plus five Queensland State titles and two national trophies. We not only feel that the quality of our products essential but service to our customers is just as important. In 2006 our Pittsworth Shop was voted by secret shoppers to have the "Best Customer Service" in the meat industry for Queensland.
In 2007 the new Dalby store was voted the "Best Food Retail Business" in the area and the shop was only ten months old at the time. We realise our staff have a big part to play in these achievements and we are always trying to keep them up to date by teaching them new ideas as well as letting them experiment with suggestions of their own.
