We manually roast our green beans using a refurbished 1930's Probat roaster and creatively blend them at our roastery in Rozelle, giving our coffee blends their quintessential Little Marionette flavour. House | Blend 1 - The crowd pleaser. A smooth blend with rich flavours of caramel and chocolate, light citrus fruit notes and balanced acidity.

With a flavour first philosophy, our coffee hunters scour the best coffee regions forming lasting relationships with growers so we can bring you delicious single origins.
Filter
Report
Filter coffee is the perfect way to experience new and interesting single origins. The mouthfeel of filter coffee is more delicate and nuanced than espresso coffee and it really makes the flavour profiles of singles shine. We roast and release fresh filters each week. Being a lighter roast, filter is less intense than espresso and the flavours are more detailed and delicate.
