S&S Powder Coaters is a family-owned and operated business located in Osborne Park just a few minutes drive north from Perth city. We provide a high quality, cost effective and durable powder coating finish to aluminium, steel and other metallic surfaces, for a range of industries, trades and private customers all across Perth and the Western Suburbs.
In addition to powder coating, we also offer sandblasting and hot caustic paint stripping of painted items as preparation for powder coating or to prepare your parts for your own final treatment. We use our CNC plasma cutter to create decorative screens and fence panels in steel and aluminium. Our range of stock designs includes wall art and garden sculptures as well as fence and screen panels.

Our sandblasting room can make short work of removing old paint and rust. This also gives the powder a clean, textured surface for better adhesion and long-term protection. Large steel structures, car bodies, trailers, large gates and fence panels can be blasted in-house. Blasting media (garnet sand) is cleaned and recycled through an Australian-made air wash system that is fed by a screw conveyor and bucket elevator (made by Protoblast).

We have two sandblasting facilities that enable us to handle everything from small car parts up to large fabricated steel structures, car bodies, chassis and trailers. Our main blast room is 8.5 metres long and 3.6 metres wide and is equipped with a high efficiency Australian-made dust collection system and a blasting media cleaning and recovery system.

As long-time car nuts, how could we not offer powdercoating for fellow car restoration addicts and petrolheads? For sandblasting and powdercoating, we plug and mask threaded holes, studs, dowel holes, critical machined surfaces and bores to make your reassembly as painless as possible. It is best to bring in parts that are reasonably clean of oil, grease and accumulated dirt so that we don't have to charge you for cleaning.

We will work with you to turn your job around in a time frame that best suits you. Restoration of your existing fencing is usually cheaper than replacement and ensures that everything fits back as it was without the extra work and inconvenience associated with a complete new fence.

S&S Powder Coaters can offer a quick turnaround for the renovation of display equipment and shop fittings across Perth. Supermarket wet areas such as refrigerated displays and fruit and vege shelves are especially prone to deterioration, but can be made to look as good as new within a couple of days.
