My wife went into the shop to get passport photos for our baby daughter. The equipment and system was not setup correctly for the photos. The photos were deemed unacceptable by AUSPost and we could not use the photos. We went back and requested for further assistance and only got rude looks and unhelpfulness from Silvia. We were very unhappy about the services provided and do not feel confident about using their services in the future.
