After registering as an osteopath in 2003 Anna Merrett gained valuable experience working at several leading Melbourne osteopathic clinics. Prior to becoming an osteopath Anna worked as a massage therapist in a large Melbourne leisure center. This experience helped her to develop a finely tuned sense of touch which enables her to accurately assess, diagnose and treat the musculo-skeletal disorders that confront her each day.

You do not need a referral to see an osteopath. If you suffer pain then an Osteopath may be able to help you. Some patients visit an Osteopath for what they term as a \"service\". Whilst not experiencing pain, as such, they recognise that they are not as free in their movement as they could be and would like to improve this before it becomes painful.
