I had forgotten the steps for cooking a Lamb Roast on my Family Weber Q. I rang AussieBBQs Capalaba hoping to get some directions. ( I did not buy my Weber from them)
I spoke to Alun.
Alun not only gave me the directions for cooking my leg of lamb on my Weber Family Q, he also emailed a recipe to me! How fantastic are these guys ! Above & beyond customer service to all Weber owners. Thank you Alun.

Thank you for your great service today, after my horrid experience at bbqs galore. Enjoyed our roast on our weber tonight and your team had great knowledge of their products and from one sales person to another did an excellent job ensuring I had all the extras I needed. Stock levels were great and took it home same day. Well done! We will be back for all future bbq products

I was happy with the customer service provided by the two outstanding workers until I got to the counter and was interrupted by the female manager who came across as quite abrupt and annoyed when I asked about a Weber product they no longer stock. Information provided by the female manager was also misleading. The two workers also seemed to look a bit embarrassed with their managers behaviour. Have purchased products from this service before and will now look at taking my money elsewhere as a result.
