Effecient staff, good product and good timing with delivery but poor after care. Called a couple of days after receiving my Spin Bike as the monitor made strange noises after use. No response when promised someone would get back to me. Called again a week or two later and promised same thing. Still waiting for the call approximately 3 months later. Very disappointing.

Couldn't fault them one bit. Delivered quick and painlessly, had a small issue with the pedal so emailed them. Sarah in the services rang me shortly after I put in my query and arranged service engineer to drop out. He popped out and replaced the pedal giving an issue and gave some tips to maintain the bike. Happy Christmas to the staff there. Will be using again

Wow! I saw a physiotherapist for rotator cuff problems, he recommended a specific band, from this company. I went home and ordered it that afternoon, and it arrived THE NEXT DAY! So I'm leaving a review, because that just does not happen here in Ireland, I'm gobsmacked. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
