We guide our clients on a journey, to take charge of their lives, heal from past hurts, release old emotions and trauma, increase self-awareness, connect with themselves and others in a more authentic way, and be conscious of living their truth. We offer services such as holistic individual and relationship counselling, psychology, hypnotherapy, past life regression, pranic and reiki healing, KaHuna massage, and vibrational sound healing.

We hold meditation and mindfulness fortnightly on Mondays at Sacred Ground on the Gold Coast, sound healing fortnightly on Sundays and a range of other workshops around awareness, healing past wounds and creating the life you want. Monday meditation and mindfulness - we are pleased to offer small group meditation and mindfulness.
