Extremely disappointing for both myself & my child. Staff turnover is frequent, my child saw 4 different therapists in his time at Mt Annan Eyecare. Tossed around from therapist to therapist and finally to a "therapist in training". Would not recommend, especially if your child does not handle change well. How is the below response even relevant to this feedback?
